The distance from the city center is quite a trek!!! Maintenance of common areas could use attention, and I felt the parking costs were excessive given what you pay for the stay!!!

The place was clean with very attentive and EXCELLENT staff members. The excellent service and the attention to detail! The swimming pool was nice too. The location was exceptionally nice and I could use private parking onsite.

The views of the Lake Lugano from our room were amazing! The restaurant offered very nice dining with farm-to-table dishes made from fresh garden ingredients. The outdoor pool area, overlooking the vineyards, was the perfect retreat for relaxation.

Stunning location with parking onsite.

Had nice stay on a warm September weekend, the staff were outstandingly friendly, location was stunning outside of the center. The room was nicely furnished with good ac when I arrived. Location : the hotel was so close to vineyards and herb garden, and city centre or nearby restaurants. Also, the venue was 1 mile away from Monte San Salvatore.

Nothing that i didn't like!

The view from the room was fine, overlooking Lake Lugano with lush greenery. The staff provided excellent service, promptly attending to my needs and offering helpful local recommendations. Breakfast was good, with fresh farm ingredients with a gorgeous mountain backdrop.

Our stay was made lovely by the pool area’s views and the delicious artisan breakfast, featuring homemade products sourced from local gardens. The hotel also provided free public transport tickets, enhancing our experience.

The views from the hotel were amazeing, but I can forgive a few things. The pillows were far too soft, almost flat out useless, and no firm options were offered. Do they ever have room upgrades? I guess that was too much to ask, as all I got was a plain single room despite my high standards. What a shame!

Large comfortable rooms with fine lake views.

Stayed at bigatt hotel & restaurant for 6 nights and loved it! The view over the lake was amazing. Our comfort double room was spacious and the roof window added a unique charm. We enjoyed the quiet private pool overlooking the vineyard and the breakfast served on the beautiful terrace was very nice.

The stay featured a modern, spacious room that perfectly blended classic charm with contemporary design. Dinners at the restaurant showcased really good quality, and the cream cakes were a good touch. The only downside was the distance from the city center, which may require a car or bus, but the picturesque hilltop location made up for it. This is a fantastic spot to unwind in a beautiful setting.

The amazing lake views from our Superior Double Room were lovely. Dining at the onsite restaurant was a good experience, with local fresh ingredients. Just be mindful of the bus options or the steep walk back to the hotel. Plan ahead to.
